The Sola-Tecs C400 solar panel cleaning brush is used for cleaning solar panels and photovoltaic systems efficiently and effectively. This is the professional solution for cleaning solar panels, having motorless technology installed.

This smaller brush of 480mm is ideal for start-up businesses looking to clean domestic solar panels or any home owner looking to clean their systems regularly for the best energy outputs.

The brush is operated by the high pressure cleaner system, from the water being pushed through. With the compact design and low weight pressure on the solar panels, this is a great option for any solar panel cleaning contractor looking for an efficient cleaning solution.

We do advise on using a water filtration system, this ensures that no water marks are left on the solar panel after cleaning, this is because we are not using any detergent on the solar panels as this will leave a residue left on the panels after cleaning.

The system is attached to either a modular or telescopic lance with the respective fitting for each.

SOLAR GOOSENECK FOR MODULAR POLE

Our gooseneck was made from robust, light aluminium. It is available in two designs. One with internal water guide for our telescopic lances and one with external water guide for our modular poles.

This gooseneck allows for quick and easy assembly of the SOLA-TECS C, directly onto the gooseneck. With a quick-release screw fixing, you can change the direction of rotation of the SOLA-TECS C in a matter of seconds, with no need for tools.

The gooseneck is ideal for cleaning solar collectors. It provides optimum lance distance to the panels. The resulting contact pressure on the brushes also has a positive effect on the cleaning results.

How to Use the Nerta Foam Cannon

• Mix your solution: Fill the bottle with 100 ml of Nerta chemical and top up with 900 ml of clean water.
• Attach and adjust: Connect the foam cannon to your lance, set your desired fan pattern, and turn the top adjustment knob towards the “–” position. This ensures maximum chemical draw, producing a dense, clinging foam with less water.
• To increase water flow (and create a lighter foam), slowly turn the knob towards the “+” side until you reach your preferred consistency.
• Apply the foam — no need to pre-wash: Apply the soap directly onto a dirty vehicle.
• Start from the bottom up, as the lower sections hold the most dirt and require a fresh layer of foam. Allow the foam to dwell for 1–2 minutes to loosen and lift contaminants. High-pressure rinse: Using your pressure washer, rinse thoroughly, keeping the lance within 30 cm of the bodywork for maximum cleaning efficiency.
• Final rinse: Step back and perform a light rinse wash to remove any remaining foam. This helps the vehicle dry streak-free and spotless.
