We are Kranzle South Africa (Pty) Ltd, a Company registered in South Africa under Company registration number 2005/030531/07 and with our registered office and main trading address at Unit 1, 5 on London Circle, Brackengate Business Park, Brackenfell, 7560, South Africa.
1.1. Welcome to the Kranzle South Africa ("Website"). Please take some time to read these online terms and conditions including our policies (collectively referred to as the "Terms") to understand how they apply to you, the customer (“you”) and your use of our website and any products and/or spares (“Products” and/or “Spares”) that you may order online.
1.2. By visiting, registering and/or making a purchase on the Website, you thus agree that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and are bound to the version of the Terms posted on the Website at the time.
1.3. In accessing the website, you warrant that you are of legal age and capacity to enter a binding contract with us.
1.4. Should you violate or do not agree to these Terms, then you are unauthorised to access the Website or use any services.

Warranty and Guarantee
2. The Kranzle warranty entails a carry-in warranty, meaning that the customer is responsible for bringing the product to an authorized Kranzle repair centre for repairs and assessment. The Kranzle range of equipment carries a 12-month warranty that covers material and/or workmanship-related defects but does not extend to normal wear and tear. The warranty does not apply to defects due to negligence, wear and tear parts, misuse, abuse, accidental damage, modifications, lack of maintenance, improper wiring, unauthorized repairs, damage caused by lightning or power surges, or goods used contrary to their instruction manuals and on batteries.
Furthermore, this warranty is voided if:
- Any attempts are made to modify any of the safety devices.
- The temperature or r.p.m. limits are exceeded.
- The supply of voltage or water is insufficient.
- The water supply is polluted.
- The pressure gauge, high pressure hose, gun, lance, sealing gaskets and O-rings are considered wear-and-tear items that are not covered under this warranty.
Due to the high workload expected of the equipment, periodic maintenance may be required to be performed during the warranty period, the cost of which does not form part thereof.
We reserve the right to reject a claim if spares have not been fitted by a Kranzle South Africa approved technician or service centre on a Kranzle South Africa product or its related product brands respectively.
Cross border customers, please note that our warranty applies only to items purchased and used within the Republic of South Africa. Any items exported which are found to be faulty must be returned to Kranzle South Africa (Pty) Ltd Head Office at your own cost. In case of any warranty claims, please have your purchased products together with accessories as well as the tax invoice ready when contacting Kranzle South Africa.
Changes To This Website
3.1. We may add new features as well as modify or discontinue existing features/prices without notice and you agree to this by accepting these terms.
3.2. You are free to stop accessing the Website at any time without notifying us. Doing so will not affect your details on, or access to the Website.

Passwords and Security

Please note some pictures may differ from the actual product due to factors outside of Kranzle South Africa’s control. 10.2. Errors may occur in specs listed and product sold, this is never intentional and usually occurs due to manufacturing changes outside of Kranzle South Africa's knowledge. We are not responsible or held liable for such errors, however, we will do our best to avoid such occurrences. Should such an error occur, please email your queries to sales@kranzle.co.za.
10.3. Kranzle South Africa does not take responsibility for technical glitches or technical errors beyond Kranzle South Africa control (errors or glitches relating to the Website servers or digital working behind the Website). We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
10.4. Whilst we take the necessary precautions with regard to the operation of the Website, neither we or our agents/representatives are responsible or liable for any loss, liability, injury, expense or damage suffered by any person who accesses, uses or relies on the Website and any of its content.
Online Registration
11.1. To purchase Products on our website you must be over the age of 18 (eighteen).
11.2. Registration on the Website is free and does not require you to purchase anything.
11.3. By registering and/or using the Website, this indicates your acceptance and agreement to be bound by the Terms of our Website. To register you will be required to provide certain personal information which is protected by our Privacy Policy.
11.4. As a part of the registration process, you will be required to provide an email address and a password which will be used as your username and password for the Website. Please keep your password private as we accept no liability for any damages suffered or losses incurred from the use or misuse of your account.

Product Images, Representation and Description
12.1. We have made a reasonable effort to display the images, descriptions, and specifications of the Products on the Website as accurately as possible. However, the actual Product delivered may be subject to variations in appearance and packaging improvements which is out of Kranzle South Africa’s control. Please note that the displayed images should not be used to determine the size or volume – please refer to the product information contained in the description and any other additional information as is made available.
12.2. Kranzle South Africa will endeavour to make as much product-related information available on our website as possible. However, some product information is obtained from third-party sources outside of Kranzle South Africa and therefore we accept no responsibility and make no representation, nor give any warranty or undertaking, express or implied, as to the accuracy or completeness of any information provided on our Website.
12.3. Upon collection of the Product, you will be required to verify the nature and quantity of the Products. You will be required to sign documentation confirming receipt of the Products and this will constitute proof that you have inspected and are satisfied with the Products.
12.4. Images of Products may include additional items that are not included in the initial pricing and are sold separately - you will be required to place an additional order for such items.
Product Pricing and Stock Availability
13.1. The prices of our Products are subject to change without notice.
13.2. We have the right to modify or discontinue a product without notice at any time. We are not liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of any Product.
13.3. All pricing obtained from a quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of the quote.
13.4. Lead time is dependent on stock availability and manufacture time. Should we have stock available, orders will be prepared for collection the same day provided that your payment is validated/received before 14:00.
13.5. The website may show an item as being “Out of Stock”. This term includes items of which there are numerous models and options, that are manufactured on order and refer to specific imported products. When ordering a non-stock item, a backorder will be issued, and production will begin. Should the product not be in stock please allow up to 7-10 working days for manufacturing and delivery from our Kranzle South Africa local factory in Cape Town. Please feel free to contact us to confirm the availability of a product you are interested in.
13.6. Should any unforeseen circumstances occur and cause a delay, Kranzle South Africa will contact you via email and provide you with a revised order date and delivery estimate.
13.7. All prices quoted are payable in ZAR’s and are inclusive of 15% VAT unless otherwise stated. Unless a specific limitation is stated, Kranzle South Africa (Pty) Ltd will endeavour to have sufficient advertised stock available to meet anticipated demands.
Product Reviews
14.1. Should you submit any reviews on the website, you agree to the following:
14.1.1. You are aware and understand that you are engaging in a public forum and any content or personal information that you choose to submit will/can be available to other users, the community, and third-party websites.
14.1.2. We may contact you to obtain further information from you to improve our Products.
14.2. When you submit a review, you agree that all your reviews are honest, accurate and original, you are of legal age and indeed the user of the Product(s).
14.3. We do not publish reviews for Products that haven't been bought from us directly.
14.4. Kranzle South Africa (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to monitor or take any of the following actions with regard to your review(s):
14.4.1. We may edit your review without changing its original meaning (i.e. we may edit any spelling or grammar issues).
14.4.2. In our sole discretion, we may amend or delete any reviews which are deemed to be obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, harmful, abusive, harassing, or which carries child pornography, religious or racial slurs or threaten or encourage bodily harm or the like or which may violate any person's personality rights.
Delivery, Delivery Time and Delivery Delays
15.1. We deliver to registered customers within specific delivery areas. If we do not deliver to your area, you may collect the Products from the Kranzle South Africa directly.
15.2. A delivery fee may be charged for each delivery order placed by you. We deliver from Monday to Friday and do not deliver on a Saturday, Sunday and any South African public holiday. Should there be a delay or a change in delivery times, you will be notified via email or telephone. Please note that certain products are import-on-order or manufactured-on-order and therefore the delivery time may vary due to unexpected delays.
15.3. You must ensure that the correct delivery address is provided to Kranzle South Africa, and we shall not be liable for any deliveries made to an address incorrectly provided by you.
15.4. You thus agree to provide us with your personal information, such as your name, delivery address and telephone number which may be shared with our delivery service provider.
15.5. Upon delivery of your order to the specified delivery address, you will receive a delivery notice from us or the courier showing the items delivered. The person accepting delivery at the delivery address may be required to produce proof of identification, delivery SMS/email from our courier providers. Any person other than yourself who receives the Product(s) at the delivery address is presumed to be authorised to accept delivery on your behalf.
15.6. Should no one be at the delivery address specified by you at the time of delivery, the courier will return the Products and leave a notice at the delivery address. In this case, the delivery service provider will attempt to contact you to make new arrangements for delivery and we are authorised to charge an additional delivery fee should it be necessary.
15.7. To confirm receipt of your order upon delivery, you or your authorised representative will sign and print your or their name on a duplicate copy of the delivery note or waybill. We may outsource our deliveries and we cannot, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for any damage suffered or loss incurred by reason of any actions of the delivery service provider.
15.8. We will not dismantle or assemble any Products for you, nor will we connect any appliances, fixtures or fittings for you. Should you request that the delivery of the Product(s) be placed in the interior of your premises, this is done at your own risk. In doing so, you accept that we are not liable for any damage or loss to any property or the interior of your premises (such as doors, walls, flooring, furniture, ceilings, lighting etc.) or any personal injury to any person arising from your request to deliver your Product(s) to the interior of your premises.
15.9. You agree that the provided delivery address is suitable for the entry and exit of our delivery service provider’s vehicles and should a claim arise for damage to items such as driveways, overhead cables or walls, then you will be liable for such damages.
Store Pick-Up/Collection
16.1. You may place an order online and then collect it from your selected store. Only once the payment has been received and Kranzle South Africa confirms the goods are ready (normally between 2 to 5 working days), will you be able to collect the order. Online orders will be processed within 2 days and collection will be confirmed by an invoice sent via email or the customer will be contacted by phone.
16.2. Products may only be collected upon presentation of a valid proof of the invoice.
Cancellation
17.1. If for any reason you would like to cancel an order, this may be done by contacting our Customer Care Services via email at orders@kranzle.co.za or telephonically at +27 (0)21 551 5339. This email must be sent from the email with which you registered on the Website and your order number should be made clear in the email.
17.2. You will only be able to cancel orders prior to the order being dispatched. Should the order already be dispatched, you are liable for the courier fee. If an order was made with a personalised request with regards to the manufacture or packaging, you may be liable to be charged a handling fee should you wish to cancel your order. This will be deducted from any credit or refund due.
17.3. If you do not follow the proper channels and cancel your payment for any reason, or if your payment method is no longer valid for whatever reason, you will be bound to pay for the full purchase price, including all costs incurred by us relating to that purchase.
17.4. You may return a Product, at your cost or in person, to Kranzle South Africa (Pty) Ltd and no Kranzle Authorised Dealer will be held responsible for handling this return. You will be required to provide the original invoice/proof of purchase and have complied with the required terms and conditions of our Returns Policy HERE.
Payment
18.1. A collection invoice will not be sent prior to receiving a full payment from the customer.
18.2. All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).
18.3. Payment may be made via the following:
18.3.1. MasterCard and Visa credit cards.
18.3.2. EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer). You will have to load Kranzle South Africa (Pty) Ltd as a beneficiary on your Internet banking and use the unique order number in the reference line for your payment.
18.3.3. Direct deposit
18.4. Card transactions will be acquired for Kranzle South Africa (Pty) Ltd via PayFast (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayFast uses Extended Validation SSL with 2048-bit encryption, the highest-level encryption available. and no Card details are stored on the Website. Customer details will be stored by Kranzle South Africa (Pty) Ltd separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayFast’s secure site. Users may go to www.payfast.io to view their security certificate and security policy.
18.5. Kranzle South Africa (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

18.7. Products being exported are subject to pre-payment, receipt of which must be confirmed by our bankers, prior to the goods being released for collection by freight forwarders. All prices are ex-works Cape Town. VAT will apply and be charged to the invoice if delivery/collection is within the borders of South Africa.
Refunds
19.1. Kranzle South Africa (Pty) Ltd will refund a purchase for the exact amount paid.
19.2. Refunds will only be processed in accordance with the Refund and Returns Policy, and in the payment method that was used when the order was created, and into the account it was paid from e.g. credit card, EFT or credit the Trade Account or Deposit Account.
19.3. A refund can take up to 7 - 10 business days to reflect in your account if you made payment via PayFast - an EFT refund is subject to verification of your banking details and will not be made into a third party account.
19.4. If not fully satisfied with the product, the unused product may be returned within 10 working days from the date of purchase. The following conditions will apply when expecting a refund:
(a) the product must be unused and in its original packaging free of any damage.
(b) the cost to repair any damage may apply and will be deducted from a refund or credit.
(c) the product must be returned to Kranzle South Africa in Cape Town within 10 days from the date of purchase. The cost of this return is to be carried by the Customer.
(d) original invoice to accompany the product.
(e) Kranzle South Africa (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to charge a “packaging fee” or "handling fee" of 10% for items not returned in their original packaging.
(f) Refunds, returns, exchange and cancellation policies are in accordance with CPA regulations.
Risk and Ownership
20.1. Upon collection and acceptance of the Products by you or your authorised representative, the risk and ownership of the Products shall pass to you. Any damage, disappearance, or theft of goods post-delivery will become the responsibility of the person who placed the order and against whom the contract is binding.
20.2. In case of payment default or inability to pay an account, Kranzle South Africa has the right to repossess the goods purchased by the customer without further notice or legal action. Kranzle South Africa has the right to utilise the purchased object once it is taken back; the revenue from utilisation shall be set off against the liability of the customer.
This repossession may occur at the sole discretion of Kranzle South Africa and is subject to applicable laws and regulations. Furthermore, Kranzle South Africa reserves the right to withhold delivery of any outstanding orders or suspend services until all outstanding payments, including interest and penalties, are settled in full.
Customers are encouraged to promptly communicate with Kranzle South Africa regarding any payment issues or disputes to seek resolution and avoid the repossession of goods. This provision is in accordance with Kranzle South Africa’s payment terms and policies, which customers are expected to adhere to.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
21.1. The Website and these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Republic of South Africa.
21.2. You consent to the jurisdiction of the South African courts in respect of disputes which may arise out of your access to the Website and these Terms.
Severability
22.1. In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be illegal, void or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
Termination
23.1. Should you fail to comply with these Terms, we may immediately, automatically and without notice to you, terminate your access or future access to the Website. If deemed applicable, we may take appropriate legal action against you.
23.2. Termination of the Terms will be without prejudice to any other rights that we may be entitled to under these Terms or the law.
