Kranzle South Africa (Pty) Ltd Returns and Refunds
At Kränzle, our top priority is your complete satisfaction. We understand that, in rare instances, you may need to return a product. Be assured, we're here to make the process as straightforward as possible.
Returning items criteria:
We want returns to be as easy and quick as possible. If you want to return your order you have 10 working days to return the item(s). All returns must be authorised by us by using the return item form below.
Exceptions do apply:
- the product must be unused and in its original packaging free of any damage.
- the cost to repair any damage may apply and will be deducted from a refund or credit.
- the product must be returned to Kranzle South Africa in Cape Town within 10 days from the date of purchase. The cost of this return is to be carried by the Customer.
- original invoice to accompany the product.
- Kranzle South Africa (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to charge a “packaging fee” or "handling fee" of 10% for items not returned in their original packaging.
- Refunds, returns, exchange and cancellation policies are in accordance with CPA regulations.
Products not meeting the above criteria will be exempt from return.
Products purchased on Kranzle.co.za will not be accepted by dealers, and have to be returned to Kränzle Head Office.
The final decision is left for Kränzle South Africa to process a return or refund.
When will you be liable for returns shipping?
In the event of a return due to a customer fault, such as the ordering of the incorrect size nozzle, incorrect connection adaptors or of any matter to be at the customers doing, the customer will be fully liable for all return shipping fees incurred.
When will Kränzle South Africa be liable for returns shipping?
In the event of a return due to a Kränzle South Africa fault, Kränzle South Africa will cover full shipping fees incurred.
In cases of refunds what happens to the shipping fee?
In the case of a refund however, Kränzle South Africa will deduct the shipping fee from the order amount to cover all shipping costs including the original delivery cost.
Can I exchange my order?
Kränzle South Africa does not issue exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for a replacement item.

2.) Follow our return instructions to send back the original item for a refund.
When will I be refunded?
Once we've received and processed your return, we'll issue a refund to your payment method within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment for the original purchase price of the product. Please note, that we will refund your delivery costs separately as long as you return the complete order, and the returned item(s) are covered by our Return Policy. If you don't return the complete order we are unable to refund your delivery costs.
