Frequently asked questions
Which accessories fit my vacuum cleaner?
The list on this page says which machine each accessory fits, and the Ventos machines take their own accessories. If you are not sure, send us your machine model and we will confirm the right part.
What size vacuum hose or pipe do I need?
It depends on the machine. Hose is available by the metre as well as a complete assembly with cuffs, and the Ventos machines use their own hoses. Send us your machine model and we will confirm the right one.
What is the difference between a wet and a dry pick-up tool?
The wet pick-up tool is for liquids, and the dry pick-up tool is for dust and general dry vacuuming. Every Storm wet and dry machine comes with both, and replacements are on this page to suit the 30, 60 and 80 litre machines.
Do you stock filter bags for the 80 litre vacuum?
Yes. We carry filter bags for the 15 and 30 litre machines and cage filter bags for the 80 litre machines, along with the round brushes, crevice tools and upholstery tools that wear out with use.
Where can I buy vacuum cleaner accessories in Cape Town?
From Kränzle South Africa. Our vacuum accessories are in stock at our Cape Town facility for collection or local delivery, and available nationwide through our online store and dealer network. We stock the parts for the machines we sell, so they are matched to fit.
