The Kränzle Barrel Cleaner has been developed with the assistance of experienced winemakers. It allows one-man operation and guarantees a high grade of cleanliness without doing any damage to the barrels. Kranzle Carwash 799 Package

The Kränzle carwash 799 high pressure cleaner cabinet is made from stainless steel due to the nature of the areas where the machine is working - other than looking very professional and standing up to the wet environment, it ensures that your equipment stays looking good for longer, as well as the corrosion in coastal areas and also where water is being used.

The Kränzle Carwash 799 pressure washer is equipped with a Kränzle 799 (400V) pump and is supplied in a stainless steel wall-mounted cabinet. Important features are the reservoir tank with low level-out, lockable cabinet and motor voltage protection. Equipped with a total stop function that switches the machine off when the trigger of the gun is released.

Although the Kränzle 799 pump runs at 180 bar, we reduce the operating pressure with a larger nozzle to minimize the risk of stickers and trims being removed while being cleaned.

The Kränzle Electra 48kW with a Kränzle 799 high pressure pump is available in a mobile version hot water high pressure cleaner, with the heating ability of 48kW and with pressure ratings between 30 - 200 bar supplying high pressure hot water at temperatures from 80°C.

As one finds with fuel-heated machines, there are no fumes which makes the Electra especially suited for indoor use, in food preparation plants, wine cellars and where contamination of product or staff is sensitive.

The wall-mounted version is the preferred option in food factories and plants as it eliminates the need to move machines and hoses across the production floor. The Kränle Tank Warmer is connected to the jackets or cooling plates of the tank and glycol or water is circulated and warmed to the set temperature. This process gradually warms the tank contents without disturbing the wine.
