The SOLA-LITE range is manufactured from full carbon fibre to deliver strength, lightweight handling and minimal flex under load, improving control and reducing operator strain during extended use.
Telescopic lances
Designed for controlled operation at height, the system offers reduced flex compared to heavier materials, improving stability and operator confidence. Each lance features an internally guided 25 metre high-pressure hose to minimise external wear and maintain clean handling. This configuration is well-suited to contractors working across varying roof heights and larger installations.
Modular pole system
The SOLA-LITE Modular system is intended for contractors who prefer fixed-length control with high structural stability and low weight. Each 1.8 metre full carbon fibre module weighs approximately 520 grams, providing an effective balance between strength and handling. Sections can be combined to achieve the required working height, creating a stable and controlled solution for professional solar panel cleaning.
Reach by configuration
Reach is what separates the two SOLA-LITE systems, and it is the first thing to settle. The modular system is bought by the section, so the operator carries only the reach the job needs. The telescopic lance extends continuously and is the choice where the roof pitch is too steep to stand on, or where a ground-mount array has no walkway between the rows.

Modular reach figures are the manufacturer’s approximate values. A 15 m telescopic version exists; Kränzle South Africa standardises on the 12 m, which covers most steep-pitch and large-site work.
The two systems are not interchangeable
The modular and telescopic poles each use their own gooseneck and their own hose configuration, so they are two systems rather than two halves of one. Both are full carbon fibre, stiff enough to keep the brush flat on the glass at extension and light enough to work with through a shift, and both are built to carry either the manual SOLA Brush or the water-driven SOLA-TECS C head. Choosing between them is a reach and access decision, not a brush decision.
One rule of assembly matters on the modular system: the VCMO protection section must always be the lowest pole.

We standardise on the 12 m SOLA-LITE VCTE, which covers most steep-pitch and large-site work and weighs 2.8 kg complete. The 15 m version is available where the extra reach is genuinely needed.
Can I extend my 12 m telescopic pole to 15 m?
It can be done by replacing the final section, but Cleantecs and Kränzle both advise against it. A converted 12 m pole loses its designed fall protection. Buy the correct 15 m pole instead.
Can the same pole carry both the SOLA Brush and the SOLA-TECS C?
Yes. Both the modular and telescopic systems are built to carry either the manual SOLA Brush or the water-driven SOLA-TECS C head. Bear in mind that a wider head at full extension is more to control, so the pole and the brush width are chosen together.
