The Mosmatic DYT and DYU High-RPM Swivels are designed for high-pressure, high-speed self-rotating applications where thrust and radial forces must be handled reliably. Featuring a quadruple bearing system with sealed stainless steel bearings, these swivels deliver stable rotation and long service life in demanding environments.

Depending on the model, the DYT / DYU swivels are rated up to 350 bar (DYT) or 500 bar (DYU), with a maximum operating temperature of 120°C and rotational speeds of up to 2,000 rpm. The bearing configuration consists of two radial ball bearings and two thrust ball bearings, ensuring controlled rotation under combined loads. A carbide seal system with integrated weep holes provides seal-failure warning to help protect equipment during operation.

Throughput medium

All Mosmatic swivels are suitable for fluids with a pH value between 3 - 12 and filtration of up to 10 µm.
Compressed air up to 20 bar / 290 psi is also possible.

Swivels are available with NBR, EPDM, or FKM (Viton) seals to suit different media and application requirements.

Care & maintenance

Mosmatic swivels are generally maintenance-free. The bearing compartments are sealed, eliminating the need for re-greasing.

To ensure maximum service life and optimal performance, basic operating guidelines should be followed.
