The Mosmatic DYF High-RPM Swivel is designed for high-speed, self-rotating cleaning applications where durability, precision, and condition monitoring are essential. Built with a high-speed triple bearing system (two radial ball bearings and one thrust ball bearing), it delivers smooth, stable rotation and long service life under demanding operating conditions.
Rated up to 275 bar with a maximum operating temperature of 120°C, the DYF supports rotational speeds of up to 2,000 rpm. A robust carbide seal system provides excellent wear resistance at high speed, while integrated weep holes allow early seal-failure indication to help protect equipment and reduce downtime.
The flanged design enables secure and accurate installation, with stainless steel internal components ensuring corrosion resistance. Body options are available in brass, nickel-plated (DYF) or stainless steel (DYFI) to suit different environments.
