The Mosmatic DYG High-RPM Swivel is engineered for high-speed, self-rotating cleaning systems where precision, stability, and durability are essential. Featuring a high-speed triple bearing system with two radial ball bearings and one thrust ball bearing, it delivers smooth rotation and reliable load handling under demanding operating conditions.
Rated up to 275 bar, with a maximum operating temperature of 120°C, the DYG swivel supports rotational speeds of up to 2,000 rpm. A carbide seal system ensures excellent wear resistance at high speed, while stainless steel internal components provide strong corrosion resistance and long service life. Body options are available in brass, nickel-plated (DYG) or stainless steel (DYGI) to suit different installation environments.
Equipped with a bulkhead fitting for secure mounting, the DYG swivel is ideal for surface cleaners, parts washers, tire cleaners, and other high-pressure, high-RPM self-rotating applications where accuracy and reliability are critical.
