The Mosmatic DYL High-RPM Swivel is designed for high-speed, high-pressure cleaning applications where durability and reliability are critical. Built with a high-speed triple bearing system (two radial ball bearings and one thrust ball bearing), it ensures smooth rotation, excellent load handling, and long service life in demanding operating conditions.
Rated up to 275 bar, with a maximum operating temperature of 120°C, the DYL swivel supports rotational speeds of up to 2,000 rpm. A carbide seal system provides exceptional wear resistance at high speed, while integrated weep holes offer early seal-failure indication to help protect equipment and minimise downtime.
Stainless steel internal components ensure corrosion resistance, with body options available in brass, nickel-plated (DYL) or stainless steel (DYLI) to suit different environments.
