The Mosmatic DYCI and DYDI High-RPM Swivels are designed for high-flow, high-pressure self-rotating applications where durability and controlled rotation are essential. Featuring complete stainless steel construction, these swivels offer excellent corrosion resistance and long service life in demanding cleaning environments.
Depending on the model, DYCI / DYDI swivels are rated up to 350 bar (DYCI) or 500 bar (DYDI), with a maximum operating temperature of 120°C and rotational speeds of up to 2,000 rpm. They are equipped with sealed stainless steel bearings, consisting of two radial ball bearings and one thrust ball bearing, ensuring stable rotation at high RPM. A carbide seal system with integrated weep holes provides seal-failure warning to help protect equipment and minimise downtime.
Ideal for surface cleaners, parts washers, and other high-flow, high-pressure self-rotating applications where reliable high-speed performance is required.
