The Mosmatic WDG Swivel is a maintenance-free swivel designed for reliable rotation in ceiling boom installations, high-pressure hose reels, and high-pressure cleaners. Using a friction (sliding) bearing system with stainless steel internal components, it provides smooth operation with low wear in continuous-use cleaning environments.
Depending on the specific model, WDG swivels are rated up to 275 bar, with operating temperatures of up to 90°C or 120°C, and are suitable for rotational speeds of up to 30 rpm. The brass, nickel-plated body offers durability and corrosion resistance, while the NBR seal with support ring ensures dependable sealing under pressure (with optional EPDM or FKM seals available).
