The Mosmatic DXF High-RPM Swivel is designed for continuous high-speed rotation in demanding, self-rotating cleaning systems. Featuring a high-speed triple bearing system (two radial ball bearings and one thrust ball bearing), it delivers stable rotation, excellent load handling, and long service life in high-RPM applications.
Rated up to 170 bar, with an operating temperature range of 5°C to 120°C, the DXF supports rotational speeds of up to 2,000 rpm. A ceramic seal system with integrated weep holes provides early seal-failure indication, helping protect equipment and minimise unplanned downtime.
The flanged design allows for secure and accurate installation, while stainless steel internal components ensure durability and corrosion resistance. Body options are available in brass, nickel-plated (DXF) or stainless steel (DXFI) to suit different environments.
