The Mosmatic DXG High-RPM Swivel is designed for continuous high-speed rotation in demanding, self-rotating cleaning systems. Built with a high-speed triple bearing system (two radial ball bearings and one thrust ball bearing), it provides smooth rotation, excellent load handling, and long service life in high-RPM environments.
Rated up to 170 bar and operating across a temperature range of 5°C to 120°C, the DXG swivel supports rotational speeds of up to 2,000 rpm. A ceramic seal system ensures durability and reliability under high rotational stress, while stainless steel internal components deliver strong corrosion resistance. Body options are available in brass, nickel-plated (DXG) or stainless steel (DXGI) to suit different installation requirements.
