WALL-MOUNTED CAR WASH MACHINES

A wall-mounted car wash machine is a permanently installed system that keeps the pump, controls and hose off the floor and out of the weather. Kränzle South Africa builds these into locally manufactured stainless-steel cabinets at its Cape Town facility, around genuine Kränzle pumps and motors – German pump technology in a housing designed and serviced here for a fixed wash bay.

The range is built around two pumps: the single-phase Kränzle 599, delivering 10 L/min at 150 bar on 230 V, and the three-phase 799, delivering 13 L/min at 180 bar on 400 V. You can have either as a wall-mounted stainless-steel cabinet – with a water reservoir tank and low-level cut-out, current-overload protection, dry-run safety and a total-stop system, finished with a high-pressure hose, trigger gun and stainless lance – or as an open-frame Core unit running the same pump where a full cabinet isn't needed.

Most wash bays run on cold water, which handles everyday road grime. Where a bay deals with oil and grease, hot-water builds are available – every one is specified on the quote.

For a machine that moves between sites, see our Car Wash Machines; for swivel booms and hose management, see our Car Wash Accessories. Not sure which suits your bay? Request a quote and we'll help you specify the right system.
