How to Change the Oil in a Kranzle High Pressure Washer
To change the oil in your Kranzle High Pressure Washers its important to refer to your operating manual to which oil it needs and how many litres to fill the transmission oil tank.
As standard all Kranzle high pressure washers come with the correct amount of oil for you to use. We suggest that after the first 50 operating hours, the oil should be replaced responsibly and drained from the oil resevoir. Then every year or after 250 operating hours.
If the oil turns grey or white, you must change the oil. In case of exchanging oil being required, the oil drain screw must be opened above a container and the high-pressure cleaner be emptied. The oil is to be caught in the reservoir and disposed of in an approved manner.
Fill the oil resevoir according to your operators hand book, each model requires a different amount of oil to fill.
How to identify if your oil needs to be changed?
If you open our dipstick and notice the oil has turned a grey or white colour, this is an indication that the oil needs to be changed.
What oil does a Kranzle Pressure Washer take?
Once the oil has drained out and the drain plug has been inserted, add new oil to the pressure washer. Using 15W40 motor oil and slowly fill the machine from the top, filling the oil resevoir until the oil level is visible to the top of the viewing window adding more than this could damage the machine.
